Reminder!! We will not be holding our regular weekly meeting tomorrow (December 8th). December 15th will be our last meeting for the month due to the Holidays! The Results Last Friday we held our Annual Club Assembly at our weekly meeting. During the meeting we had the privilege of electing new Club Officials for our upcoming 2018 - 2019 Rotary Year and 2 Perrysburg Rotary Service Foundation Trustees. The results are list below. 2nd Vice President (4 year term) - Tami Wise Secretary (3 year term) - Ken Robinson Membership Director (3 year term) - Katie Perkins The Rotary Foundation Director (3 year term) - Tom Lueck 2 Perrysburg Rotary Service Foundation Trustees (3 year term): Wayne Koskinen Jim Nooney In addition to electing new Club Officials and Trustees, the Club also voted to accept the new proposed Bylaws/Constitution effective July 1, 2018. There will be additional information regarding the upcoming changes as we near the end of our Rotary year. If you have specific questions, please contact Chet Welch or Alison Frye. Save the Date - Perrysburg Rotary Auction The Perrysburg Rotary Auction is fast approaching! On February 3, 2018 we will be rocking the night away with our Fellow Rotarians and Friends!! While we still have time until this highly anticipated evening, there are still things we can do today to prepare. - 99 Bottles of Beer and Wine on the Wall- As part of our games throughout the evening we are ready to start collecting bottles of wine ($15 or higher value) and NEW this year, craft beers (six pack). Bring your donation to a Friday meeting at the Sergeant at Arms table. Can we collect 99 by the end of November? I think we can!
- Business Donations- Do you know a business we should send a letter to requesting a silent auction donation? Send me the name/contact information and we’ll be sure to follow up. If you would prefer to do the follow up we can provide the letter to you directly.
- Not Yet, But Soon- Begin thinking about who you know that should receive an invitation to the event. The best way to grow our event is to grow our attendees. We’ll help you with a well-crafted email or paper invite, but we need your names!
