our wine stock for the Queen of Hearts drawing and as a reminder, if it is your birthday month, please bring either
a bottle of wine or $10.00 for your "wine dues".  Don't worry, if you missed your birthday month, Pat Amico will

19th Annual Rotary Golf Outing
This past Friday we held our 19th Annual Perrysburg Rotary Golf Outing.  The weather was beautiful and course was packed with Rotarians and Friends.  We had a wonderful turn out and a record number hole sponsors this year.  
 
Special Thanks goes out to Matt Skotynsky and Kelly Sell for organizing the the golf outing. 
 
In addition, we would like to thank all those who came out to golf and/or sponsored a hole or sand trap, we couldn't make this event a success without you!

Membership Month - August 2015
August is membership month at Rotary.  On the August 21st meeting you will find index cards on your table (and pens of course).  Please complete the cards with names of people we might consider for membership to the club.   Remember, they can be anyone who lives and/or works in Northern Wood County.
 
In addition to gathering new names for membership, we will be proposing two members for re-admission to the Perrysburg Rotary Club. 
  1. Dr. Richard Schwartz has been proposed by Chris Vogel.  Dick will have the classification Physicians & Surgeons M.D. & D.O.
  2. Richard Chamberlain has been proposed by Jarman Davis.  Richard will have the classification Attorney
Barring an objection in writing to the club secretary prior to close of business on Friday, August 21, these individuals will be considered elected to membership upon payment of their dues and admission fees and attendance at a member orientation session.  You may reach our club secretary via e-mail to rsipp@bgsu.edu.
 
 
2015 Harrison Rally Day Festival (September 12, 2015)
It's hard to believe that we are already thinking about the Harrison Rally Day Festival.  We are, once again, hosting a booth and participating in the parade.  There will be a need for volunteers for both the booth and parade.  

The rotary booth needs to be set up between 8:30-9:00 AM and we need volunteers to take care of the booth from 10:00 – 4:00.  We usually need at least two people in the booth in 2 hour increments.  We also need volunteers at 4:00 to help take down the booth and tent.

For the float we would need people at 9:00 Am to help set up and decorate the float.

At the upcoming meetings, you will find a volunteer sign up sheet on each table.  Please take a moment and sign up for either the booth or parade or both volunteer opportunities.  If you are unable to make the next meeting but would like to sign up, please contact Chet Welch at chetw@perrysburg.com.
