This past week we lost a dear friend and fellow Rotarian, Dr. Tom Downs. Tom joined the Perrysburg Rotary in 1980 and was a proud Paul Harris Fellow. His smile and joyful personality will be greatly missed by all. Please continue to keep Gretchen, Becky, and Abby in your thoughts and prayers.
No Meeting on March 10th
As previously communicated, we will not be having our weekly meeting on March 10th. We will resume our regular weekly meetings on Friday March 17th at the Carranor.
UPDATED: Perrysburg Rotary Service Projects
Due to anticipated weather conditions, the first service project of the year has been cancelled and rescheduled for March 18th.
Join us on Saturday, March 18th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm for our first service project of the year!
We will be joining the City of Perrysburg to help "spring clean" the community. This project will take place at Rotary Park in Perrysburg. We are looking to have 20 plus volunteers to help rake and pick up debris at the park. All are welcome to attend!

News Flash: Our Community Service Avenue of Service is rolling out a new project: Home Delivered meals to Homebound Seniors! All you need is a car, an hour, and a smile!
You’ve heard Les Domini, Chair of our Community Service Avenue of Service, and President Bruce talk about this volunteer opportunity. Perrysburg Rotarians are partnering with the Wood County Committee on Aging to deliver home-cooked meals to seniors in Perrysburg who are homebound. (If you are thinking “meals on wheels,” you are correct, except this program is through the Wood County Committee on Aging.) No cooking required!
All you need to do is stop by the Perrysburg Senior Center at 11:15am on the second and fourth Thursday of the month and pick up the prepared meals, drive to your 10-14 designated homes, knock on the door, and hand the meal (with a smile) to the homebound senior!
