Congratulations to Perrysburg Rotarian Chris Vogel for receiving a special recognition award from the Rotary Club of Columbo in Sri Lanka. Thanks to his grant efforts, ten villages have reverse osmosis water filtration systems.
As President Alison Frye highlighted in her weekly Sunday Night Message, "It takes a lot of knowledge and patience to successfully submit a Rotary Global Grant but in his own words Chris says, “I was a high-ranking executive for most of my life but I’ve had more fun working on grants for Rotary. Over the years I’ve helped with over $1,000,000 in funding.” Chris, we tease you a lot, but we are very proud and inspired by your efforts. Thank you."

Michael Minchella, President of Reed Pharma has been proposed for membership by Katie Perkins and approved by the Board of Directors. Barring an objection in writing from a member submitted to the club secretary by Friday, September 21st, Mr. Minchella will be inducted into membership upon payment of dues and attendance at a new member orientation session.
