Weekly Meeting for December 16, 2022

Join us Friday, December 16th, as we head back to the Carranor for our last meeting before the Holidays. We will have a lot to celebrate and update at this meeting!!

A few meeting notes:

As you join us for lunch this week, we respectfully ask that you silence your phones/notifications at the start of program.
If you are paying for your lunch online, please click here to log into your Rotary Account. Then click on "My Account Balance" to pay for your lunch. Lunch is $20.00. We will also be accepting payment at the meeting by check or exact cash. A buffet meal will be hosted at the Carranor starting at 11:45am.

Rotarian Matt Skotynsky will be leading us in Prayer and Pledge and we are still looking for a Fine Master for this meeting. If you are interested in giving the club a quick quiz/fun facts to the club and vocational, please let know asap!

New Member Proposal - Rob Shouhayib

Mr. Rob Shouhayib has been proposed for membership by Rotarian Rob Graham and approved by the Board of Directors. M r. Shouhayib is the Regional Manager and Principal at Choice Properties. Barring an objection in writing from a member submitted to the club secretary (Wayne Koskinen) by Wednesday, December 28, 2022, Mr. Shouhayib will be inducted into membership upon payment of dues and attendance at a new member orientation session.

New Member Proposal - James Scott Murray

Dr. James Scott Murray has been proposed for membership by Rotarian Jill Perry and approved by the Board of Directors. Dr. Murray is a Veterinarian at South Suburban Animal Hospital. Dr. Murray is an active Rotarian at the Willoughby Rotary Club and is a Past President, Paul Harris Fellow, and a Chair of their Charity Ball Committee. Barring an objection in writing from a member submitted to the club secretary (Wayne Koskinen) by Wednesday, December 28, 2022, Dr. Murray will be inducted into membership upon payment of dues and attendance at a new member orientation session.

Perrysburg Interact - Holiday Tree Decorating Contest

It's the most wonderful time of the year to support our favorite Interact Club!!

The Perrysburg High School Interact Club is currently in a contest (with many other Perrysburg School's Club, Classes, Organizations, Teachers, and Employees) to win the People's Choice Award in the Perrysburg Schools Foundation Holiday Tree Decorating Contest.

The Interact Students did an amazing job decorating their tree!! The tree is currently sitting on the courtyard of the Perrysburg Schools Administration Office and will be lit up every evening until December 22nd.
