Friday (11/6) we welcome Guest Speaker, Jamie Sands. Jamie is the Volunteer Services & Communications Specialist with the Wood County Park District. She will be sharing information about the parks & preserves, activities and programs, and new developments in our local parks. Our meeting will be held via Zoom only. Our goal is to collect enough to purchase 100 meals again this year. Due to COVID, the meals will be packaged and delivered directly the the patron's vehicles. Adopt A Tree at Levis Commons The Town Center at Levis Commons has asked Rotary to decorate a holiday tree at Levis Commons this year. They are asking all participants to select a region to focus on and President Wise has selected Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pakistan and Afghanistan are the two countries still working hard to eradicate Polio. The decorations will need to be weather-resistant and there will be power available to the tree. We will need to decorate between the dates of November 16-20th. Contact President Tami Wise to find out how to participate or donate. |
