Check Presentation to PCU Food Bank
At Friday's June 18th Rotary Luncheon, Jill Perry, Chairman of this years Perrysburg Estate Sale under the watchful eyes of Dwight Osterrud, John Welch, Ken Robinson and Rick Thielen, presented a check in the amount of $7,000, representing the proceeds of this years annual Perrysburg Rotary Estate Sale to PCU Food Bank Chairman Shirley Kleist and Nancy Heckman, PCU Treasurer.
The very grateful food pantry coordinator, Shirley Kleist, said the donation would go a long way towards feeding those families in need within our community and expressed that she was nearly speechless in accepting such as large donation and only hoped that they would be able to put it to the best use.
