Today, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we pause to reflect on the powerful legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., a leader who reminded us that service, justice, and compassion are the foundation of strong communities.
Dr. King believed that “everybody can be great, because everybody can serve.” That message aligns deeply with Rotary’s mission. Through service projects, leadership, and community partnerships, we strive to turn those ideals into action by meeting needs, uplifting voices, and creating lasting, positive change.
Today is more than a day of remembrance. It is a Day On, calling each of us to look for ways, big or small, to serve others, build understanding, and help create a more just and united world.
Together, through service above self, we continue the work.
