How to Make-Up

Starting July 1st our calendar reset and everyone's attendance was back to 100%. With vacation season and other commitments in full force during the summer, I wanted to remind you of the ways you can make up a meeting and keep your attendance strong throughout the year.
First thing: make-ups must be completed either two weeks before or two weeks after the meeting you missed. Unfortunately, you can't make up a meeting this week and ask for it to be credited to February.
Here are some ways you can complete a make-up:
1. Attend another club- check our homepage or the front of the Rotator to find other clubs in our area and when they meet.
2. Attend a board meeting- we meet most months the second Wednesday of the month at 7am. All dates are posted on the homepage.
3. Attend a committee meeting- we are meeting frequently to plan things like the Auction and the Rotary Run.
4. Participate in a club service project- whether it's cleaning up trash, attending STRIVE or picking up items for the Estate Sale you can count that as a make-up.
5. Online- Rotary e-Club one is an online Rotary club where you can complete a make up by watching various videos or reading articles. You can find their website here or from our home page.
Once you've completed a make-up you'll simply need to let Secretary Alison Frye know by turning in proof of the make-up to the Sargeant-at-Arms table or by emailing afrye@signaturebankna.com.
This year we had three Rotarians with perfect attendance: Joanie Asendorf, Clyde Givens, and Ken Robinson. Well done Rotarians!
