Last Call for District Conference
Registration for anyone interested in attending the Rotary District 6600 Conference at Maumee Bay State Park from May 16-18, 2014 will close on May 1, 2014. No registrations for day trippers can be accepted after that point. If you have not already registered and are planning on attending you have one final week to make sure you have your seat at the table. We have an outstanding lineup of speakers and programs planned throughout the weekend. The agenda is available on the district website www.rotary6600.org.
Just by chance we have one room available at $305 for the weekend due to a last minute cancelation. If you are interested in this room kindly email me at jludwig67@gmail.com.or call me directly 567-868-5503. This is the only way to secure the room as the registration module for rooms was previously closed.
We are offering very affordable rates for those interested in getting a taste of what a district conference is all about. We have the Friday dinner at $40, the Saturday package of 3 meals at $75, the Saturday awards luncheon at$20 (very affordable and your best option for wanting to just sit in on the presentations during the day), and a Sunday breakfast and service project option at $20. You just need to go to the district website and log in to DACdb, our database, click on the calendar and register at the event. The process is extremely simple. You can pay by check or credit card.
We also have some optional packages available:
Friday golf and dinner $79
Friday walleye fishing $600 per boat split per number of participants
Contact Bill Haupricht at haupler@hotmail.com to participate in either of these events.
All other activities throughout the weekend are free. Remember also that children high school age and under will be fed free! You just need to register them when you register yourself for the conference. And we are also providing free licensed child care throughout the event.
Don't wait. Register today. You only have until May 1.
