It’s here. Auction Week 2014.

As you can see from the picture, your Auction Committee is hard at work. For months this team has been meeting together, emailing, training and working the phones on overtime to prepare for the big night this Saturday. The details are endless, the work is thankless but the company is priceless!

Feeling a little left out of the Auction excitment? Your opportunity to join the fun starts Saturday at 8am when we’ll meet for breakfast at the Hilton and then togethertransform the ballroom into a setting fit for superheroes. Our fearless leaders have a goal of having set-up complete by lunch time. No word if lunch time is scheduled before the open bar at 5pm.

Not that any of us could forget, but the Carranor is closed this week. To warm up for spending money Saturday night we will be holding our Friday 2.14 meeting at Hollywood Casino in the meeting room in the rear of the Epic Buffet. Our program will be the Auction and you will have the opportunity to register for the auction and start bidding on silent auction items more than 24 hours BEFORE the auction begins. How cool is that? We can outbid each other all day long and show our guests exactly how it’s done at the event.

Whether you’ve been serving on the committee, sponsored the event, bought tickets, donated items or made a donation to help the cause, YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MAKE A DIFFERENCE! This is one of the best times a year to be a Perrysburg Rotarian. We’re poised to make an incredible impact in our community because of you.
