STRIVE Student Sends Her Thanks

This week in the Rotary inbox we received this message from a recipient of a STRIVE scholarship. STRIVE stands for Students Taking a Renewed Interest in the Value of Education. Our club sponsors the program at Penta and has the privilege of helping students like this:

Hello. My name is Maegen Anders and I was a member of the STRIVE program at Penta Career Center sponsored by the Perrysburg Rotary. I was the recipient of a 500 dollar scholarship and I wanted to say thank you so much to the rotary for all their effort and support they put forth in helping me reach my goals and look forward to college. My hope is that whoever may receive this email, will pass it on to the members who participated in making this possible. You are all a blessing! Thank you, Maegen Anders
