Eric has been in the agricultural industry for last 14 years, gaining experience in operations management, supply chain development and optimization, commercial sales and marketing, and progressive leadership responsibility.

As a Vice President and General Manager of The Andersons Nutrient and Industrial Group, his goals include developing the Engineered Granules business unit strategy, aligning people and process to execute the strategy, and developing the leadership team and their teams through personal and professional development. In addition to his primary job functions, Eric has been recognized by his peers and company leadership for his extraordinary commitment to being customer and employee focused. As a business leader, he is really focused on communication, collaboration, and common goals to help drive team alignment and success.

Driven by his love of sports and teamwork, Eric takes pride in building and developing teams and raising three young kids. Eric’s passion for teams can be traced back to his youth where he was actively involved in sports that continued into his college days at The University of Dayton, where he was a 4-year starter and a team captain his junior and senior year for the Dayton Flyers football team. In college, Eric earned the Emil Karas Memorial Award (most inspirational player) which is voted on by his teammates and divisional team coaches.  Since then he has received several awards and recognition over the years for his commitment to leadership and community involvement. Eric was a finalist for 20 Under 40 a few years ago and more recently joined the Board and Executive Committee of Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio where he leads the board development and engagement committee.

Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his three kids and fiancé, spending time on the water during the summer and traveling up north during the winter. He also really enjoys a good class of wine and enjoying any type of live music. Eric is one of four and is originally from Bellbrook, OH while currently living in Findlay, OH.
