Did you know that the winningest team in professional football history was a women’s team? The Toledo Troopers, one of 10 teams it the National Women’s Football league, formed in 1971. The Troopers had a record of 60 wins and 5 losses and were seven-time world champions. Now, a film is being produced right here in Toledo by local screen writers Guy Stout and Steve Guinan and directed by Hollywood producer. This Friday Guy Stout will be with us to share more about the project and the history behind the movie.
